To participate, complete the short survey below, which should take 5-10 minutes to complete, and I’ll pick 2 winners to feature in upcoming stories on Startup50. I’ll pick one winner at random and one based on your answers to the open-ended questions (there are only 2 of these). Winners will be featured on Startup50 and will earn a bye through the first round of cuts.
As of now, the Big50-2020 field is small, with only 47 active competitors — meaning, everyone is safe. . . for the time being.
The first round of cuts won’t come for at least another round or two, but don’t let that fact make you complacent. Startups are like everyone else, needing a deadline to motivate them.
This year’s Big50 has a rolling entry period, so expect the field to grow in the coming weeks. Past competitions have typically fielded 250+ competitors by the end of the entry period, so you’d be smart to accumulate byes early.
